The decision on visa issue is made within five workdays (calendar week) since the date of visa application.

At applicant`s request, the decision on granting visa may be taken in rush order with increased consular dues in accordance with the approved tariff. The decision on granting an express visa is made within 2 workdays

Visa-free regime for up to 30 days is stipulated for the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In case of scheduled medical services requiring more time for their provision, you are invited to get acquainted with the order of granting visa to our country.

The following types of entrance visas that may be suitable for you are envisaged in the Republic of Belarus:

• С – short-term, valid for 90 days;  
• D – Long- term, valid for 1 year, allowing to stay for up to 90 days unless the international agreements of the Republic of Belarus forsee anything else

Short -term ( type C) visa formalities are fulfilled on the basis of the solicitation of a public health organization of the Republic of Belarus or the agreement on payable provision of medical services, concluded in compliance with the order approved by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, with a public health organization of the Republic of Belarus for issuing an entry visa for a person in need of medical care provided in the Republic of Belarus, and for an accompanying person, if necessary.

The visa issued for up to 90 days may be single, double or multiple.

Long- term ( type D) entry visa is granted for reiterated entrance to the Republic of Belarus, valid for one year, allowing to stay for up to 90 days in a calendar year since the date of the first entrance to the Republic of Belarus unless the international agreements of the Republic of Belarus forsee anything, based on the original of the agreement on payable provision of medical services, concluded with a public health organization of the Republic of Belarus confirming the need in the treatment during the term declared, which may be also obtained by fax or other communication channels for issueing an entry visa for a person in need of medical care provided in the republic of Belarus, and for an accompanying person, if necessary.
